Thoughts on author: OH MY GOODNESS!! I was hooked from the first paragraph to the last
word!! I could not, could not get enough!! I have been so anxious to get
the next book!! The author had all the right ingredients and then added
some spice on top. This author has blown me away!!
Summary:
I received this book for exchange for an honest review.
Where to start? I don't want to give too much away because honestly I feel like any information is too much!! So, my summary is a tad short, but I hope you take my advice and read this book.
Reina wakes up in a hospital and realizes something has happened to her. Unfortunately, she has no clue of who she is, what happened to her, and has no idea who these people are. Reina feels helpless and she is trying to find an ally in all of this. All Reina has to rely on is her fiance Asher and his father. The more she gets into what she is told her "normal" she is not liking the person she was. The more Reina is socializing with her friends she realizes she is not a good person and she has done some horrible things . What lies in her future is unknown and that scares Reina more than anything.
Thoughts:
First of all, WOW!! This book absolutely blew me away hands down. Second of all, I have sat here for days trying to see where I can relate to any part of the book and I really can't. I don't want to give too much away like I stated. I want to read the second book for my full observation. Fair? I think so.
I will say this book has so many twist and turns. You would think you have it all figured out and your like I know exactly where this is going.... BAM!! Your previous assumptions are out the window and you are now trying to put all the pieces together again.
I was constantly watching the percentage I was reading. I would look down and be disappointed because I was reading quicker. The end came too fast for me. Stupid? I know, but this book had me hooked. There were times I was cursing the book, scream, "WHAT?", and possibly put it down (roughly) and walk away( for a minute). My perfect kind a book, because the more emotion I feel for the book the better the book is.
